Terms of Service

Draft — to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Keyword prices are billed in addition to the plan.

Keyword exclusivity

While your subscription is active, a claimed keyword cannot be claimed by another Funnel Rating customer in the same market. Exclusivity applies to Funnel Rating only; it does not grant rights in search engines or trademarks.

Cancellation

If you cancel, your keywords stay reserved for you for 14 days. After that they return to the market.

Scores

Scores are produced by an automated rubric described on the methodology page and may be reviewed by an analyst. They are informational and not a guarantee of search ranking or conversion.
